AYRS Meeting at the Basingstoke Canal Centre (Mytchett – Surrey) with AYRS AGM during the afternoon

We meet at the Basingstoke Canal Centre (BCC), a few minutes from M3 junction 4, postcode  GU16 6DD. We have the use of the room from 10am to 5pm but need to allow for tidying and running the vacuum cleaner over the floor at the end.  We call this an all-day meeting but feel free to come and leave as you wish, we aim to have the kettle on for those arriving around 10:15.

The meeting will include a mixture of informal discussion and prepared presentations and will also include our AGM starting at 14:30.  The AGM will be a hybrid meeting with remote members able to attend and vote using the Zoom on-line platform.  Lunch in the BCC Café prior to the AGM.  We accept donations, say £5, to contribute to light refreshments and room hire.
