Weymouth Speedweek with AYRS meeting on Wednesday of the week
Weymouth Speedweek is based at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy () and this year will be held from the 3rd to 10th October.
The AYRS will hold a technical discussion meeting on Wed 7th October – Bar open from 19:00 at Weymouth Sailing Club, Nothe Parade, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TX . Nothe Parade is the lane leading down the quayside on the west side of Weymouth harbour. It is pedestrian only so you need to find parking elsewhere then walk down to the far end of the quayside to reach the sailing club.
All are invited to our Speedweek Wednesday evening meeting – AYRS members, Speedweek competitors and spectators, Weymouth Sailing Club members.
Our Weymouth meeting has always been well attended and has included lively discussion, mostly around the design of board sailing equipment and performance sailing craft in general. If you would like to make a presentation at this meeting contact chairman@ayrs.org.
