Subject: A presentation about the Swedish Speed Sailing Challenge by Alexander Sahlin. Picture above shows the craft sailing
The principle – a paravane (hapa) to windward of the main hull pulls on a line against a slightly inclined ridged wing. A small float to leeward of the main hull is for balance at rest.
At launch the craft can float on its side
