Annual General Meeting

The 2023 AGM of the AYRS is on Sunday 22 Janurary 2023 at 14:00 London Time. The meeting will be included within the ‘All-day’ Social and Technical meeting that we are holding at the Basingstoke Canal Center at Mytchett near Farnborough, Surrey – see separate announcment on our Events page.
The AGM can be attended at the Basingstoke Canal Centre or on-line by Zoom.
We will open our Zoom meeting at approximately 13:45 London time, the link to join by Zoom is below.

The passcode for the meeting is ayrs and the Meeting ID is 253 674 0617 but I don’t think you will need that if you join through the link provided. Following the AGM we may be able to share a small part of our technical meeting with remote viewers.
All AYRS members should receive the AGM documents by post or by email at least two weeks in advance of the meeting, let me know (email chairman@ayrs.org) if you have not received these.
