AGM combined with social and technical meeting at the Basingstoke Canal Centre

We combine the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the AYRS with a social and technical meeting, the AGM commencing at 14:30.  We meet at the Basingstoke Canal Centre (BCC), a few minutes from M3 junction 4, postcode  GU16 6DD. The BCC has a website Here

We have the use of the room from 10am to 5pm but need to allow for tidying and running the vacuum cleaner over the floor at the end.  We call this an all-day meeting but feel free to come and leave as you wish, we aim to have the kettle on for those arriving around 10:15.

The meeting, outside of the AGM, will include a mixture of informal discussion and prepared presentations. If you have something prepared and can let me know about it in advance of the meeting I can allow you a time slot but otherwise we will sort out a program on the day.  We will have some means to display digital material from USB devices.  Feel free to bring models, posters, boat parts, or even whole boats (road transportable ones!) to show other members.  Lunch is at the on-site café which serves a range of sandwiches and hot dishes.  We accept donations to contribute to room hire and to provision of light refreshments during the day.
