Terms of Use

The Terms of Use have been amended by the addition of the following paragraph:
"You further agree that you grant to “Amateur Yacht Research Society” and the other users of the “Amateur Yacht Research Society” forum (whether they be registered or not) perpetual and irrevocable licence to reproduce and/or quote at any time and in any medium any posts that you may make on this forum provided that they are attributed to you. You should note that posts on this forum are in the public domain, and you should, in your own interest, avoid disclosing any work that may later be the subject of patent protection applications. "
